This Privacy Policy of Personal Data (hereinafter “Privacy Policy”) applies to all information that siteM&L_rest may receive about the User during the use of the site.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 Use of M&L_rest by User means consent to this Privacy Policy and terms of processing of User’s personal data.
1.2 In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy the User must stop using M&L_rest.
1.3 This Privacy Policy applies only to M&L_rest. M&L_rest does not control and is not responsible for third parties’ websites, to which the User can go through the links available on M&L_rest.
1.4 M&L_rest Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User to M&L_rest.

2.1 This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Administration of M&L_rest not to disclose and ensure the protection of confidentiality of personal data, which the User provides at the request of the Administration of M&L_rest when registering on M&L_rest or performing other actions through M&L_rest.
2.2 The personal data allowed for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out the registration form or performing other actions on M&L_rest, and may include the following information:
2.2.1. surname, first name, patronymic of the User;

3.1.1. Identification of the User registered on M&L_rest.
3.1.2 Providing the User with access to personalized resources of M&L_rest.
3.1.3 Establishment of feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests regarding the use of M&L_rest, provision of services, processing of requests and applications from the User.
3.1.4 Determination of the User’s location to ensure security, fraud prevention.
3.1.5. Confirming the authenticity and completeness of personal data provided by the User.
3.1.6. Creating an account for making purchases, if the User has agreed to create an account.
3.1.7. Providing the User with effective customer and technical support when problems arise related to the use of M&L_rest.
3.1.8. Providing to the User, with the User’s consent, newsletters and other information on behalf of M&L_rest.
3.1.9. performing advertising activities with User’s consent.
3.1.10. Providing User’s access to websites or services of M&L_rest partners in order to obtain products, updates and services.
METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
4.1 Processing of personal data of the User is carried out without limitation of time, by any lawful means, including information systems of personal data with or without the use of means of automation.
4.2 The Website Administration shall take necessary organizational and technical measures for protection of personal information of the User from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.
4.3 The Administration and the User shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences, caused by the loss or disclosure of personal information.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
5.1 The User shall:
51.1 Provide information about personal data necessary to use M&L_rest.
5.1.2 Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.
5.2 Administration of the site is obliged to:
5.2.1 Use the received information solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
5.2.2 Keep confidential information secret, not disclose it without prior written permission of User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose in any other possible ways the personal data of User, except for items 5.2 and 5.3 of this Policy. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
5.2.3 Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User’s Personal Data, according to the procedure generally used for the protection of such information in the existing business turnover.
5.2.4 To block Personal Data, which pertains to the respective User, from the moment of application or request of the User or its legal representative, or authorized body on protection of rights of subjects of personal data for the period of control in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or unlawful acts.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
6.1 Before going to court with a claim on disputes arising from the relationship between the M&L_rest User and the M&L_rest Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).
6.2 The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant of the results of the claim in writing within 30 calendar days of receipt of the claim.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
7.1 The Administration of M&L_rest has the right to make changes in this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.
7.2 The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment of its posting on M&L_rest unless otherwise provided by the new Privacy Policy version.
